Accommodation
Living Room consists of a sofa and a selection of easy chairs surrounding the open fireplace. A TV with satellite, video player, DVD player and Hi Fi system are provided including a complimentary selection of DVD’s, CD’s and books.
To the rear is a desk and chair with telephone and an internet connection. Wi Fi is available throughout the house, you just need to bring your own laptop.
The house has oil-fired central heating throughout with a central control panel in the living room.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, Rangemaster electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, table and chairs. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the outhouse.
The bathroom includes a freestanding claw bath and a separate electric shower cubicle.
The bedrooms are arranged as two doubles and one single.
The patio and decking area to the rear is private and enclosed and gets full sun in the afternoon. Patio furniture is provided as well as a gas BBQ for the summer months.
All linen and towels are provided.
