Payment is requested by Bank transfer. Payment method and any necessary bank details will be confirmed during the booking process. Payment may also be accepted by Bank Draft/ Wire Payment/ UK Cheque [UK only] Euro Cheque [Ireland only].
Linen, towels, oil and wi fi internet are included. Telephone call charges, fuel for the open fire and gas for the BBQ are additional. Please note internet connection only is supplied and you must provide your own laptop. Connection is dependant on service supplied by B.T. PLC. And Owners do not accept any responsibility in the event of disruption to this service.

-The Owners must receive the contract and 30% of the full payment in order to secure the reservation. Full payment must be received together with the security deposit 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental to finalise the reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations will result in the loss of payments made as they are non-refundable.
-Check in time is 4.30p.m on your reservation start date. Check out time is 10.30a.m. on your reservation end date.
-The occupants are restricted to those on the booking form, with a maximum of 5.
-No pets allowed. Admission will be refused or terminated if this condition is not met.
-Security Deposit. The owners will reduce the security deposit in the event that more than £10.00 of telephone charges are incurred during the rental, if any breakages or damages to the house or contents, if any of the contents are missing, or an excessive cleanup is required. The house must be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental period. [e.g. dishes washed and ashes removed from fire.]
-Noise. The house is situated in a residential area with a number of families and elderly residents. We ask you to respect the other residents.
-Smoking is not allowed in the house. You may smoke in the patio area.
-The use of the house and amenities are offered on the condition that they are used entirely at the renters own risk. The Owner cannot accept responsibility for accidents,
illness, death, or loss or damage to users’ or visitors’ property or belongings, including motor vehicles, however caused.
-Force Majeure. In the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or any other means beyond the Owners control, Owner liability will be limited to a refund of the monies paid only.
Declaration: I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of this booking. I am over 18 years of age and agree to be wholly responsible for the balance of rental money due 8 weeks before occupancy. I agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and be responsible for any and all damages or breakages howsoever caused.
